Public Health Speaker Panel Hosted by MCOE Tonight
Tonight kicks off the first of two virtual forums, hosted by Marin County Office of Education (MCOE), which focus on questions and concerns from our community regarding pediatric vaccinations. With possible approval of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for 5 to 11 year old’s coming later this month, these events will serve as a bridge to those who are interested in learning more about this topic or participate in the discussion. The event this evening will be presented in English and interpreted in Spanish. Next week’s (Oct 20) gathering will be hosted in Spanish with English interpretation. They both are free and for anyone who wants to join.
Tonight’s guest speakers:
- Dr. Matt Willis, Public Health Officer for Marin County
- Dr. Theodore Ruel, Chief of Pediatric Infectious Diseases at UCSF
- Dr. Tara Greenhow, Chief of Pediatric Infectious Diseases at Kaiser
